Terms of Service

By accessing our website or engaging Atlasmith Travel Pte. Ltd. ("Atlasmith") to design and arrange travel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms govern our website at atlasmith.com and all travel planning and booking services we provide. Additional terms specific to your journey will be set out in your service agreement.

Atlasmith provides bespoke travel design services, including itinerary creation, accommodation recommendations and reservations, transportation arrangements, dining reservations, and related concierge services. We act as your agent in arranging these services with third-party providers. We do not operate hotels, airlines, or transport services. Our role is to design, arrange, and coordinate travel on your behalf, using our relationships with carefully selected providers.

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment, as specified in your service agreement. Prices are quoted in the currency specified and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Payment schedules, cancellation policies, and booking conditions specific to your journey will be detailed in your individual service agreement, which forms part of the contract between you and Atlasmith.

Cancellation and amendment policies vary by service provider and are disclosed in full before you confirm any booking. Atlasmith will apply the most favourable cancellation terms available and will always advocate on your behalf in the event of exceptional circumstances. Atlasmith charges a service fee for itinerary design that is non-refundable once work has commenced. Booking and arrangement fees are subject to the cancellation terms specified in your service agreement.

Atlasmith acts as an agent for independent service providers (hotels, airlines, ground operators) and cannot be held liable for the acts, omissions, defaults, or negligence of those providers. Our liability for any claim arising from the travel design and arrangement services we provide directly is limited to the fees paid to Atlasmith for those services. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before departure, covering cancellation, medical expenses, evacuation, and loss of personal property. Atlasmith can assist in identifying appropriate coverage but does not sell insurance products directly.

You are responsible for ensuring that you hold valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any health certifications required by your destination. We will advise on known requirements, but responsibility for compliance rests with you. Entry requirements change frequently and you should verify current requirements with the relevant embassies or government authorities before travel.

All content on the Atlasmith website, including text, photography, design, and itinerary materials prepared for clients, is the intellectual property of Atlasmith Travel Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this material without our written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from your use of our website or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
